A Tip For Starting Your Day Energized

Warm Lemon Water

Hi friends,

Hope you are have a wonderful day and are feeling energized!

If not, here’s a great technique:

Squeeze half a lemon into a glass of warm water, then cut the other half lemon into pieces and add them in the glass water. Drink it all! Not only will it give you more energy, but it will also help you cleanse your gut of any toxins from the day before. It even aids in the control of belly bloating.

Try it every morning right after you wake up, and you won't be sorry!

For those who cannot tolerate lemon water due to digestive issues, here an organic fresh celery juice recipe:
Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch of organic celery (about 1 pound)

  • 1 tablespoon of organic lime juice

  • A splash of organic mango juice or elderberry juice or any other fruit flavor of your choice

  • Maple syrup, Raw honey, Agave syrup, Brown Rice syrup for sweetness

Instructions:

  1. Wash the Celery: Rinse the organic celery under cool running water. Make sure to remove any dirt or residues because nobody wants a gritty sip of celery juice!

  2. Chop it Up: Cut the celery into smaller pieces (about 3-4 inches long) to make it easier for your juicer or blender.

  3. Juicing Options:

    • Juicer: Toss the chopped celery into your juicer and let it work its magic!

    • Blender: If you’re a blender enthusiast, add the chopped celery to the blender with a splash of water to help it blend. Blend until smooth, then strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to extract the juice. I get mine at Walmart!

  4. Optional Flavor Boosts: If you like a little zing, stir in a tablespoon of organic lime juice. For those with a sweet tooth, add a splash of organic of any fruit of your taste, raw honey, or maple syrup.

  5. Serve Fresh: Pour your vibrant green juice into a glass, add ice, and enjoy it right away for the best flavor and nutrients!

  6. Storage Tip: If you have leftovers (which is rare, but hey, I’m not judging), store the juice in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Give it a good shake before drinking in the morning on empty stomach!

  7. Do this three times a week.

Moreover, enjoy the benefits of celery juice:
Packed with vitamins and minerals, this organic celery juice is perfect for promoting clear skin and hydration. Embrace your natural aging journey with a refreshing sip!

Hello there!

How are you doing? Are you excited to start this new year 2024? Have you set a new plan, yet?

I am excited knowing that I took the commitment this year to empower every single one of you who wants to start the journey of becoming your best self by eating and exercising well, and by treating your skin as a treasure. Your skin is the largest organ of your body. It’s function is to protect you from external factors such as temperature, bacteria, chemicals. So, a good reason to return the favor to your skin.

Last night, because it has started to be cold in my area and my skin getting dried more than usual, I took a bath of aloe vera by dropping a good amount of cut and peeled aloe vera plant pieces in it. To prevent the pieces from draining into your tub, make sure you chop the peeling aloe vera plant into medium-sized pieces. If you don’t have the aloe vera plant, the aloe vera liquid cosmetic grade) can serve as substitute The aloe vera smoothes the skin by moisturizing it and rejuvenating the skin cells. You may try it, if you are not allergic to aloe vera. When the air is very dry out, I try to take this bath once a week with my busy schedule.

During or after your bath, sip some white tea, which helps boost your skin elastin and collagen. Therefore, it helps your skin keeps looking firm and youthful. More to talk under Memberspace Area.

I get to keep going now, for now. In the meantime, eat a good healthy and balanced lunch today (avoid too much greasy food), and do one exercise technique for your body.

Ciao (bye)!
