It feels good to accept who we are, and to feel good about the way we look and feel in our skin. Nothing else should matter as long as we are consistent and mindful about what we use on our skin and hair, what we feed our bodies, and the level of physical activity we engage in.

My life’s motto is to love myself in the body God gave me. When it comes to appearance, I make no effort to impress anyone. Whatever I do for my body is because it makes me feel wholesome.

I am not a scientist or a dietitian, but I am convinced that it is impossible to maintain external beauty without a healthy organic diet and exercise, based on my cultural roots and firsthand experiences. Research has shown that as we age, we begin to notice the effects of poor diet on our bodies. Feeding your body wisely is the best way to keep a seeming appearance all year, regardless of your body size.

What is important is to keep a healthy body free of health complications that we can avoid!

Aging is unavoidable in one form or another. However, many of us contribute to our aging process far too quickly through poor and unhealthy diet and lifestyle choices. I think of the body as a food processor that devours whatever you put into it in seconds. Therefore, the decision is entirely yours to whether you want to start living healthy or not.

If you want to maintain a youthful look, the natural way to go about it is:

  • Use natural products on your skin.

  • Eat healthy, preferably natural/organic food.

  • Exercise and drink plenty of water.
