Face Sculpting and Exercise Tips
We often exercise only to keep our bodies in shape, forgetting that our faces are also muscles that need to be toned. Face sculpting, as I call it, is the process of using shaping techniques and facial exercises over time to reduce skin sagging and wrinkles. Well, I decided to do just that about 4 years now. To sculpt your face muscles, you can either use your hands or a sculpting device. There are some links posted here in my website where you can purchase hand selected devices.
Some people simply state, "Girl, blacks don't crack!" I just laughed because I have many family members who do crack. I believe that anyone who follows a healthy organic diet, exercises regularly, and drinks plenty of water can achieve beautiful glowing skin, regardless of race or ethnicity.
The face sculpting tips that I will post here are not aimed to fix your face overnight. Persistence and discipline are the keys to achieve any results in life, including beauty. Tips will be offered if you struggle with a technique whether face or body exercises!

I prefer to talk to you and see your face so we can figure out together what works best for you. Noone is built the same! Moreover, always consult your primary physician before practicing any of my practices and recommendations.
Start with this tip below to reduce frown lines. It must be done consistently as many times as you can to see results.
Take your index and middle fingers, and press them gently on the lines between your two eyebrows with enough pressure to activate blood flow. Now, pinch each side of your eyebrows with your thumb and index fingers, and pull gently to the opposite side to straight out the skin. Then, pull and release backward in quick motions. Those face exercises can be practiced while at your office desk or watching TV, or being on the phone. Do this for as long as you can until it becomes second nature!
For those of you, who can afford and prefer to buy face sculpting devices, check my lists of recommendations under member space page.
